Update the Phusion Passenger packages provided by Eenos to the latest stable release in the 6.1 series, currently Passenger 6.1.5.

Description

The Passenger packages currently available in Eenos are based on an older release. We request an update to the latest stable Passenger 6.1 branch to provide users with current bug fixes, compatibility improvements, and upstream maintenance updates.

Requested Change

• Upgrade Passenger packages to the latest available 6.1.x release (currently 6.1.5).
• Make the updated packages available across all supported Eenos operating systems.
• Ensure compatibility with supported Nginx, Apache, Ruby, Python, and Node.js environments.
