Summary
Develop a native File Manager for the User Control Panel, built entirely in Python and fully integrated into Eenos, eliminating the need for third-party file manager solutions.
Scope
- Browse files and directories within the user's home directory
- Upload, download, create, rename, copy, move, and delete files
- Edit text files with syntax highlighting
- Compress and extract archives (ZIP, TAR, GZ)
- Manage file permissions
- Search files and folders
- Support drag-and-drop uploads and multiple file selection
Acceptance Criteria
- Available directly from the User Control Panel
- Built and maintained entirely in Python
- Securely restricted to each user's account and home directory
- Fast, responsive, and easy-to-use interface
- No third-party file manager dependencies
