Email Auto Responder for Eenos Hosting Control Panel

Add an Email Auto Responder feature to Eenos that allows users to automatically send predefined replies to incoming email messages.

The Auto Responder interface should make it easy for hosting users to configure automatic responses for individual email accounts directly from the Eenos user control panel.

Users should be able to configure settings such as:

• Email account

• Auto responder status

• Response subject

• Response message

• Start date and time

• End date and time

• Response interval

• Character set

• HTML or plain-text message format

• Optional sender name

• Custom reply-from address where supported

The response interval should help prevent the same sender from receiving repeated automatic replies within a short period of time.

Users should also be able to create temporary auto responders for situations such as:

• Vacation or out-of-office messages

• Customer support acknowledgements

• Maintenance notifications

• Business-hour responses

• Temporary service announcements

• Confirmation messages

The interface should provide options to:

• Create an auto responder

• Edit an existing auto responder

• Enable or disable an auto responder

• Delete an auto responder

• Schedule automatic activation and expiration

• Preview the configured response

Where possible, users should also be able to define whether the auto responder should reply to mailing lists, automated messages, bulk email, or other auto-generated messages.

The system should prevent mail loops by detecting common automated email headers and avoiding unnecessary responses to other auto responders.
