Add Zend OPcache Control in PHP.ini Editor

Description:

Add an option in the PHP.ini Editor that allows users to easily enable or disable Zend OPcache on a per-domain or per-PHP version basis.

Many PHP applications, including WHMCS, recommend disabling OPcache to avoid stale cached data and unexpected behavior during updates or module installations. Currently, users must manually edit the php.ini or .user.ini file to change the opcache.enable directive, which is inconvenient and error-prone.

Providing a simple toggle in the PHP.ini Editor would make OPcache management much easier for both hosting customers and administrators.

Proposed Functionality:

• Add a Zend OPcache section in the PHP.ini Editor.
• Provide an Enable / Disable toggle for opcache.enable.
• Apply the setting per PHP version or per hosting account, depending on the current PHP configuration model.
• Automatically reload or restart the appropriate PHP-FPM service (when required) after saving the configuration.
• Display a note indicating that changes may require a PHP process reload to take effect.
