The  DNS manager is not a feature of the reseller or sub-reseller control panel.  Only the WAP panel provides this option. For all other individual DNS management, please use the user control panel to edit or modify the dns if you are a reseller.

Current Situation:

  • Updating multiple DNS records (A, MX, CNAME, etc.) is currently manual and error-prone.
  • Bulk import/export of zone files is not supported.
  • Sub-reseller or per-user DNS permissions are unclear or missing.
  • API is limited, making automation and batch updates difficult.
  • TTL and cache management can delay or obscure propagation of changes.

Problem:

  • Multi-customer, reseller, and sub-reseller environments face operational challenges.
  •  Lack of automation and bulk update tools causes wasted time and potential errors.

Proposed Feature:

  •  Enable bulk editing of DNS records per zone.
  •  Provide full API support for all DNS operations.
  •  Implement per-user, per-reseller, and sub-reseller permission controls.
  •  Add import/export functionality for zone files.
  •  Include monitoring for propagation status and TTL management.

Benefit:

  •  Reduces human error and operational burden.
  •  Strengthens security and isolation for customers.
  •  Supports automation and large-scale DNS management.
  •  Improves overall reliability and manageability of DNS services.
